Review by hotel critic
During our recent family vacation at the Bischofhof, we found it to be a warm and inviting home away from home, perfect for families like ours! The hotel's facilities were quite good, with a charming pool and a lovely whirlpool that kept our daughter entertained. One highlight was our dinner experience, so be sure to make a reservation! They kindly accommodated us, and the food was wonderfully prepared. Breakfast was also a treat, with eggs made to order and excellent coffee options. If you have dietary preferences, they offered decaf coffee and lactose-free milk upon request, which made everyone feel included. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent local recommendations for hiking, which my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed. We took a short hike up to a nearby monastery that offered breathtaking views. The town itself was picturesque and mostly quiet, making for a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds, so we enjoyed restful nights after our adventures.
